Description

Red, lightly fritzy sparkling, made of Pinot Noir sourced from one vineyard in the Adelaide Hills called Magpie Springs, farmed by Steve Thomas, a grower with which winemakers Alex and Galit have a very close working relationship.

The Pinot is 15 year-old vines with a SE aspect; soil types are sandy clay over ironstone. The fruit was done with semi-carbonic maceration (half whole cluster, half destemmed fruit, cofermented). Pure cherry fruit black licorice fizzy Adelaide cola.
