Comprised of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, this sparkling rose is bone dry, thirst quenching, and incredibly fresh. Don t spend too much time thinking about this one, as the goal here is to pop the cork and let the good times roll. Don t expect too much of the classic yeasty, bread notes from some sparkling wines. This is about tart fruit and crisp texture meant for drinking in the sunshine.
