Description

This is a dark wine in nature as the Alicante Boucshet grapes naturally have a red pulp and skin. The wine was made with 25% whole-cluster, fermented with native yeast and pressed in our wooden basket press.

It was aged in neutral french oak barrels for 10 months. Spiced plum, sarsaparilla, & dusty tannin.
